Intro As a Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) in R&D , you will contribute to designing and building high-quality prototypes and proof-of-concepts focused on Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity. Your work will help validate ideas, de-risk technical decisions, and accelerate product innovation across the organization. You will collaborate closely with the Head of R&D, transforming abstract concepts into concrete, secure implementations. About the Team The R&D team within PDC acts as an innovation engine within the organization. Our mission is to: • Build industry-level prototypes that explore new ideas, technologies, and approaches • Proactively suggest innovative solutions and technical directions to the Product Management team • Serve as a technical leverage point for Software Architects and Development teams We work ahead of product roadmaps, turning emerging Microsoft 365 security challenges into tangible, working solutions that influence future products.
