Description
Further the work of the Optimization team by orchestrating the people, processes, tools, and systems that enable user researchers to conduct high-quality, impactful research at scale. This role leads and coordinates key meetings, drives project planning and execution, and ensures smooth operations across research initiatives. Job Duties • Own and optimize the research tech stack (e.g., UserTesting, survey platforms, insight repositories) • Maintain research documentation, templates, and training resources to streamline study execution • Coordinate participant recruitment and panel management for internal and external audiences • Track and organize incoming research requests and ensure timely routing and delivery • Develop and improve scalable processes for study set-up, data collection, and reporting • Support compliance and data governance processes (e.g., informed consent, data privacy) • Organize and tag research findings in knowledge management systems to ensure reusability • Collaborate with researchers, designers, product owners, and other stakeholders to keep studies on track and aligned with organizational goals • Monitor and report on research operations metrics (e.g., tool usage, study velocity, insight reach) • Assist in vendor coordination and contract management when needed • Continually assess team pain points and identify opportunities to improve research workflows • Champion the consistent use of research in decision-making across the organization • Support and enable non-research teams to conduct high-quality research by providing guidance, training, templates, and tools Knowledge Of • Research methods and the UX research lifecycle • Research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Pickfu, VWO Insights, VWO Testing, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, Qualtrics, Google Forms) • Process improvement, documentation, and knowledge management systems • Project coordination or agile methodologies • Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Asana See job description here.
