Description
Research Officer / User Researcher role based in Eastleigh, United Kingdom, with hybrid working.
This is a permanent, full-time role within the insight function of a large South of England housing provider, where research helps shape services, influence strategy and improve outcomes for customers and communities.
The successful candidate will own a mix of primary and secondary research projects from start to finish, including scoping briefs, choosing the right methodology, writing surveys and discussion guides, running interviews and focus groups, analysing qualitative and quantitative data, and turning findings into clear recommendations.
The role sits within a wider insight team and will suit someone with a background in Market Research, Customer Insight, User Research or Business Research, rather than purely academic research.
The successful candidate should be comfortable running qualitative and quantitative projects end to end, writing strong surveys and discussion guides, managing multiple projects, making sense of complex information and producing reports and recommendations that land with stakeholders.
Benefits include 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, matched pension and life assurance.
