For more details, please view: https://www.ntu.edu.sg/eee We are looking for a talented and responsible researcher to support the scientific research and the engineering practice in perception and embodied intelligence. Key Responsibilities: The Research Fellow will work on a project to conduct research on learning from human demonstrations for robot manipulation used in household service and manufacturing. The roles of this position include: • Develop robotic foundation models for general manipulation based on vision-language-action models • Develop learning from human demonstration (LfD) framework for vision-language-action models • Develop multi-embodiment retargeting framework with safety constraints • Develop a mobile bimanual manipulation system to complete diverse tasks in household environment and in manufacturing deployment scenarios Job Requirement • PhD in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field • 3-year research experience in related area • Expertise in robotic manipulation systems • Knowledge in robotic foundation models • Publication track record is an advantage • Proficiency in basics of programming languages such as ROS and Python • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – able to communicate complex concepts clearly and accurately We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be informed.
