Your role The successful candidate will contribute to the strategic development and continuous advancement of the University's Medical Specialisation Programmes. The candidate will assist Directors of Studies in developing research ideas, preparing competitive project proposals and funding applications, analysing scientific and educational developments, and translating research outcomes into programme enhancement and innovation. The candidate will work closely with the Directors of Studies, academic and administrative staff, as well as other internal and external institutional stakeholders. Main responsibilities: • Support the Directors of Studies in the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Medical Specialisation Programmes through research-informed educational initiatives • Support curriculum development and the implementation of innovative educational approaches, such as simulation, digital learning and artificial intelligence, patient partnership • Identify national and international funding opportunities and support the preparation of educational research proposals, grant applications, and collaborative project submissions • Conduct literature reviews, environmental scans, benchmarking studies, and scientific analyses to inform strategic programme development • Develop and implement programme evaluation strategies, analyse educational outcomes and generate evidence to support continuous quality improvement • Contribute to scientific publications, reports, conference presentations, and other dissemination activities • Monitor developments in healthcare, specialist medical training, research funding, healthcare policy, and relevant regulatory frameworks • Support quality assurance, programme evaluation and accreditation processes of the Medical Specialisation Programmes • Foster collaboration with national and international academic institutions, healthcare providers, professional organisations, and research networks Your profile • Master's degree in Medicine, Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Education, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Education, or another relevant discipline • 5+ years of experience working in medical education, health sciences, clinical research, or a healthcare environment would be a strong a
