We look forward to receiving your application! The position We are searching for a Research Assistant (RA) to work closely with Professor Claudia Tazreiter. The RA will work on various aspects of research including administrative tasks in managing a project team; preparation of fieldwork; general record keeping; report drafting and bibliographic work The person we need We are looking for someone who works well with others and builds positive relationships in the workplace. You are well organized and able to plan and manage your work effectively to meet agreed deadlines. At the same time, you are meticulous and quality-conscious, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work. The following education, experience and expertise are required:     A Master Level Degree in Migration Studies or related field     Knowledge of ethical guidelines for research     High level competence in written and spoken English and Swedish     Demonstrated capacity to synthesise complex theoretical and empirical texts     Demonstrated capacity to work with diverse groups and individuals     Good computer literacy In addition, the following education, experience and expertise will strengthen an application:     Experience of working with research team     Experience and demonstrated expertise in working with diverse minority groups     Demonstrated capability of writing complex literature reviews     Experience in administration and project management Experience of managing budgets The workplace The position is located in the Institute for Research on Migration, Ethnicity and Society, REMESO https://liu.se/en/research/remeso The employment This is a fixed-term position for a period of one year, until September 2027.
