Job Description We have been employing Engineering students for a number of years who typically are at 3rd Year level. They find this role easy to learn & appreciate the flexibility of working hours Emphasis is always on accuracy producing NATA Reports Details The duties of this position are; (a) Typing of repetitive NDT Reports in Microsoft word including the use of tables, data entry and cut/paste actions from Word, Excel & PDF files. (b) Use of telephone & Microsoft Outlook (email) to communicate with clients for report information. (c) Proof reading & correcting typed reports. (d) Filing & general office duties. (f) Share housekeeping in office & kitchen areas (f) Other duties the employer may assign to you, having regard to your skills, training and experience. Applicants must commit to 2 x days work per week - 14 to 16 hours weekly. Must be fluent in both written & spoken English. Rates are $30.00 per hour employed on a casual basis to allow great flexibility with your study schedule.
