Job Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to identify renewal opportunities, address their specific needs, and provide advanced support. • Leverage in-depth product knowledge to highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales. • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers through strategic communication and exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. • Provide renewal sales planning and contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies. • Create, update, and analyze detailed reports on subscription activities, contract status, and renewal performance metrics. • Continuously enhance knowledge about product offerings and market trends to improve renewal sales effectiveness. • Drive the achievement of sales and renewal targets. • Provide regular updates and insights on renewal opportunities and deliver accurate forecasts to leadership. • Utilize and optimize all sales tools and technologies to enhance sales processes and outcomes. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • 5 Years of Relevant Experience with a p roven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets Job Category Summary: Manage renewal sales , leveraging product knowledge and sales techniques to drive revenue and growth with existing customers .
