Remote Remortgage Only Advisor – Croydon (Remote) Our client, a leading and highly respected financial servicer, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remortgage Only Advisor to join their growing team. About You We are searching for a customer-focused and driven Remortgage Only Advisor to join our client’s team. You will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice and progressing remortgage applications for a variety of clients. In this remote role, ideally based in Croydon, you will be working a blended schedule, offering flexibility alongside a commitment to achieving ambitious targets. You will be employed and will receive a competitive basic salary of £35,000, with a fantastic opportunity to earn up to £80,000 per annum through a lucrative commission structure (OTE). Key Skills & Experience • CeMAP 1 & 2 qualified (or working towards) • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Remortgage Advisor role (Mortgage & Protection experience will also be considered) • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving high volumes – ideally writing 18-20 mortgages per month • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients over the phone • In-depth knowledge of UK mortgage products and the remortgage process • Strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible deals for clients • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively, whilst also being a team player • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service • Comfortable working remotely and building relationships with clients without face-to-face interaction What You’ll Do • Build rapport and qualify new remortgage leads sourced from various channels, including remote estate agents, web leads, and orphan client bank rate renewals • Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to clients over the phone, ensuring they understand the remortgage process and product options • Research and recommend the most suitable remortgage products based on individual client needs and circumstances • Process remortgage applications efficiently and liaise with lenders and other parties involved in the process • Negotiate competitive interest rates and product terms on behalf of clients • Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and submitted within agreed timescales • Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the remortgage journey The Perks • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum • Uncapped commission structure with the potential to earn up to £80,000 per annum (OTE) • Remote working opportunity, offering flexibility alongside a commitment to achieving targets • Supportive and collaborative working environment • Comprehensive training and development opportunities • Opportunity to progress your career within a growing and successful company Hours • This is a blended role with a mix of remote working and office-based days. • You will be required to work 1 Saturday in 4 and 2 evenings per week.
