A leading digital asset derivatives exchange is seeking a skilled Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in Product/Customer Support within Finance/Fin-Tech companies and a solid grasp of Futures & Options (F&O) products, we want to hear from you. Role Summary: • Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our F&O products. • Interact with customers to provide product information and support their needs. • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. • Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Ideal Candidate Profile: • Solid grasp of Futures & Options (F&O) products. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. • Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as partner manager or customer support. • Enthusiastic about engaging in sales activities and achieving goals. Mandatory Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in Product/Customer Support roles within Finance/Fin-Tech companies. Experience with F&O products is a must. • Previous work experience with Stock Market-focused Fin-Tech/Finance companies, Brokerage Firms, or Trading houses.
