We’re seeking a talented CMS Developer to take our platform to the next level by enhancing its functionality, scalability, and user experience. Role Overview As a CMS Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and expanding our self-developed CMS. You’ll work closely with our design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the CMS meets the evolving needs of our business. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by driving innovation in a central tool that supports our growth. Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and optimize our self-developed CMS. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Implement new features, improve performance, and ensure security compliance. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the CMS. • Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to suggest improvements. Required Skills and Experience • Strong proficiency in PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Server Side, Web Content, Web Development, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, • Experience with database design and management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). • Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular). • Hands-on experience developing or customizing CMS platforms. • Solid understanding of web security principles and best practices. • Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with API development and integration. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles. • Previous experience working on custom-built CMS solutions.
