We leverage innovation, advocacy, and education to drive meaningful social impact. Position SummaryWOCOTM is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer with AI experience to support our programs, campaigns, and organizational branding. This role will design high-quality digital and print materials while using AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and storytelling. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, meets deadlines, and aligns with WOCOTM’s mission and values. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, reports, and printed materialsUse AI design tools (such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, constant contact or similar platforms) to generate, enhance, and optimize visual contentCollaborate with program staff to develop visuals for community outreach, advocacy campaigns, and educational materialsEnsure all designs align with WOCOTM branding, messaging, and accessibility standardsEdit and revise designs based on feedback and project needsManage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced nonprofit environmentOrganize and maintain digital design files within shared platformsRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)Demonstrated knowledge of AI-assisted design toolsProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams)Must have access to a reliable computer and internet connectionStrong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theoryAbility to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with a remote teamMust know how to used AIPreferred QualificationsExperience working with nonprofit, advocacy, or community-based organizationsFamiliarity with social justice, equity, or women-centered initiativesExperience designing materials for virtual programs, toolkits, or training curriculaKnowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices
