Remedy Consultant Location: Bristol, Birmingham or Manchester (Hybrid with 2 days in office per week) Salary: £46k per annum + benefits Must be SC Clearance Eligible and Sole UK National Deerfoot Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading global consultancy to source a talented Remedy Consultant . This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic technology team where you will design, develop, and maintain applications within the BMC Remedy ITSM suite . The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, configuring and customising ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting, optimising performance, and integrating Remedy with other enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and customise BMC Remedy applications (workflows, forms, active links, filters) • Configure and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management • Troubleshoot and resolve Remedy environment issues • Optimise application performance and ensure scalability • Create and maintain technical documentation (design specifications, user guides) • Collaborate with wider technology teams to integrate Remedy with enterprise systems • Deliver ongoing support, enhancements, and upgrades to Remedy platforms Key Skills/Experience Required: • Strong background in developing and customising BMC Remedy ITSM applications • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practice • Experience with workflows, integrations, and programming (e.g. JavaScript) • Knowledge of cloud-based Remedy deployments • BMC Remedy ITSM Certification desirable Keywords & Beneficial Experience: BMC Remedy, ITIL, JavaScript, Remedy Consultant, BMC Remedy ITSM Certification
