Our client a specialist Water Treatment company is currently looking to recruit an experienced Remedial Plumber to join their growing team covering Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and expanding Water Hygiene and Compliance company working across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and public sector sites. Key Responsibilities • Carry out remedial plumbing works associated with Legionella compliance • Deadleg removals and pipework modifications • TMV installations, servicing and replacements • Tank modifications and remedial works • Installation and replacement of valves, pipework and water system components • Expansion vessel installations and replacements • Carry out flushing works and system disinfections where required • Work closely with Water Hygiene Engineers and Risk Assessors • Ensure all works are completed in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines • Complete accurate job sheets and compliance documentation • Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times Requirements • Previous experience working as a Remedial Plumber within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry • Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing preferred • Experience carrying out remedial plumbing works on domestic hot & cold water systems • Strong communication and organisational skills • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively • Full UK driving licence Package • £32,000 - £40,000 DOE • Company vehicle • Overtime opportunities • Pension scheme • Holiday allowance • Training and development opportunities • Career progression within a growing business
