Why Join Our Client? • 9-day fortnight – an extra day off every two weeks • 5 weeks annual leave • Salary packaging up to $15,900, plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment • 10 days personal development leave and $1,000 professional development allowance • 13 days sick leave • 14 weeks maternity leave (after 12 months) • Fitness Passport, discounted insurance, and Perkbox benefits • Work within a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment • Full-time and part-time options available About the Role As a Speech Pathologist , you will: • Deliver person-centred, evidence-based therapy services to children and adults with disabilities • Manage a paediatric and mixed caseload with varied and complex needs • Use appropriate assessment tools to develop tailored intervention strategies • Provide therapy in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, homes, group homes, and via telehealth • Contribute to the development of professional knowledge and skills within the Speech Pathology profession What We’re Looking For • Fully qualified Speech & Language Therapist • Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to paediatric, adolescent, and/or adult clients • Knowledge of strengths-based, family, and person-centred approaches • Ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently • Understanding of the NDIS framework and working within a fee-for-service model (preferred but not essential) • Strong communication skills – written, oral, and listening • Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain) • Driving Licence Additional Benefits • Access to peer support and supervision from a highly skilled clinical team across NSW, QLD, and ACT • Opportunities for career progression and professional development • Family-friendly workplace supporting work-life balance Interested in relocating to Parramatta?
