Description
Position: Release Train Engineer
Working Location: Doi Can, Ha Noi

Job Responsibilities:
• Clearly understand the needs and issues of customers and relevant parties, and be able to assign them to the product, design, and R&D teams for corresponding handling;
• Assist RTE in promoting the handling of requirements, issues, and related tasks such as daily clearance meetings during the software development management process;
• Ability to think independently, track the implementation of features and functions, identify risks and dependencies, and coordinate resources to resolve obstacles during project delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as electronics, vehicles, and communications;
• 2 - 3 years or more of experience in project management or R&D technology management of automotive electronics projects in the automotive parts industry;
• Understand agile software development processes and be familiar with tools such as Jira;
• Quick thinking, strong communication, expression, organization, and management skills, with strong stress resistance;
• Those who have obtained relevant certifications such as PMP, ACP, etc. are preferred; (bonus item);
• Bonus points: Priority will be given to those with experience in Android-related technology development, CarPlay, Android Auto, HiCar, CarLink, etc.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with innovative thinking to solve challenging problems, and capable of efficient collaboration and adapting to changes.
