As a Relationship Officer , you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end sales process for our SME financing business — from generating SME leads and preparing sales memos to post-approval activities. What you will do: Support the end-to-end sales process for SME financing, from lead generation, preparing sales memos, to post-approval follow-up Assist in achieving individual sales and revenue targets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process and positive client experience Learn and develop understanding of the company’s financial products and use cases Build relationships with SME clients and support in delivering a good client experience Communicate and educate clients about the company’s products, services, and offerings Support in handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner Work closely with internal departments to meet client expectations Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements Fresh graduates are welcome (preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields) Have B2B sales/partnerships experience Able to communicate Thai proficiently and currently based in Thailand Strong interest in SME lending / financial services Good interpersonal and communication skills Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to take initiative Basic analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits Time off - We would love you to take time off to rest and rejuvenat
