Description
At Inventi , we build compliance infrastructure for financial institutions. Our Regulatory Reporting Connector helps banks and fintechs report to tax authorities - like Lithuania's STI (VMI). We're seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Reporting Specialist to help us understand regulatory requirements across different markets and turn them into clear requirements for our reporting products. What you'll do: Analyze regulatory reporting requirements and track regulatory changes, assessing their impact on clients and our product. Own the submission of regulatory reports on clients' behalf. Manage client registrations with tax authorities across multiple countries from start to finish. Be the go-to person for clients, institutions, and our internal team on regulatory questions. Support client onboarding and meetings, and keep documentation up to date. Own other regulatory-related tasks as they come up. About you: Experience & knowledge: You've spent 1–2 years in compliance, tax reporting, AML/KYC (ideally at a bank or fintech), regulatory or legal analysis, banking/finance operations, or as a business analyst working with legal and regulatory requirements. You read regulations carefully and know how to pull out what actually matters. You're fluent in English, spoken and written. Bonus if you already know your way around FATCA, CRS, or CESOP. How you work: You take ownership and stay ahead of things. You're detail-oriented, especially when juggling multiple deadlines. You can explain a regulatory topic in plain language, even to someone who has no background in it. What we offer: Continuous learning: access to courses, conferences, and books. Team culture: events, sports challenges, team-building. Flexible & remote work: enjoy flexible hours and remote work options. Private health insurance and optional 3rd pillar pension contributions. Little perks that make a difference: pet-friendly office, snacks, free parking and a lot of ways to take a break – from board to digital. Competitive salary starting from 1900 Eur gross per month. Unlock your value! Own the regulatory side of a product that keeps fintechs compliant across Europe.
