Description
Oliver James are currently supporting a Lloyd's Broker who who hiring for a Regulatory Compliance Manager. This role is an excellent opportunity for you to join a growing business to work closely with the Head of Compliance as you expand on your regulatory compliance skill set, as well as build on your international knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Horizon Scanning and communicating regulatory changes to the wider business
Updating current policies to ensure they are fit for purpose
Liaise directly with regulators and complete regulatory returns
Senior stakeholder management
Requirements:
Working knowledge of the FCA Handbook
Strong regulatory background
Experience working with senior stakeholders
Ideally have experience working for an insurance broker in a compliance function
