Description
The Role Join NEOM Wellbeing's Product Development team as our Regulatory & Product Assistant/Executive, based in London. You'll keep our Cosmetics product range complaint and support on Home Fragrance and Electrical products to ensure market-ready from UK submissions to US and EU launches. Helping one of the UK's fastest-growing, award-winning wellbeing brands scale responsibly. Day to day, you'll manage regulatory documentation, submit product notifications, and partner with manufacturers, retailers and internal teams across NPD, Commercial and Customer Service. What You Will Do Manage regulatory documentation (PIFs, technical files) and keep our master product database accurate Submit product notifications for EU (CPNP), UK (SCPN) and US (MoCRA, California) markets Support new product launches from a regulatory compliance standpoint Review packaging artwork for regulatory compliance Complete retailer forms and technical documentation to support international/retail expansion Maintain the cosmetovigilance database and support Customer Service on product queries and quality trends Stay on top of regulatory developments and share updates with the team Provide day-to-day admin support to NPD and Regulatory (POs, samples, competitor reviews, ad hoc projects)
