Here's how you can help residents and colleagues navigate the planning permission process more smoothly Here's what you'll be doing As a regulatory analyst, you will be working at the intersection of law, language and digitalisation. - You will contribute to the drafting of legal provisions for the Environmental Plan. - You analyse and rewrite existing legal rules so that they are understandable and applicable. - You create and manage applicable rules in the Omgevingsloket: logical decision trees linked to clear forms - You create annotations in the software to link it to STTR-builder and DSO so that an application can be submitted and a permit check can be carried out. - You identify regulatory bottlenecks and put forward proposals for improvement. - You analyse queries from residents, colleagues and supply chain partners regarding the applicable rules in the Omgevingsloket and resolve any issues. - You will work closely with spatial planners, lawyers, policymakers, licensing authorities, regulators and IT specialists.
