Your Role
Provide high-quality, one-to-one nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Responsibilities may include:
• Clinical assessments and care planning
• Medication management and administration
• Wound care and clinical interventions
• Monitoring patient conditions
• Patient and family education
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Focus on one patient at a time and deliver the level of care you trained for.
Requirements
• Active NMBI registration
• Previous paediatric/ disabilities experience
• Tracheostomy experience desirable is but not essential
• Experience in looking after children with complex care needs
• Day/night shifts
• Right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship provided)
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting (covered by MyHomecare)
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for some roles
• Ability to provide two reference contacts
