Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. This role is critical in delivering exceptional nursing care to our patients, ensuring their holistic well-being and supporting their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process, focusing on delivering personalized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to protocol and safety standards. Monitor patient progress, documenting changes and coordinating with healthcare teams for optimal care continuity. Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and health maintenance. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to streamline patient care initiatives. Required Skills and Experience Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute or critical care settings. Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills Specialization in Managed Care or Oncology Nursing. Additional certifications such as BLS and ACLS. Education and Certifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current RN license in the state of practice. Soft Skills and Behavioral Expectations Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic approach to patient care. Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
