What You’ll Do • Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care. • Administer medication in accordance with NMBI standards and organisational policies. • Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate nursing documentation. • Develop and implement individualised care plans. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. • Promote dignity, wellbeing, independence and positive clinical outcomes. • Ensure compliance with HIQA Standards, organisational policies and nursing best practice. • Respond appropriately to changes in patients’ clinical needs. • Maintain a safe, respectful and professional care environment. What You’ll Need Essential Requirements • Active NMBI registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) , Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) or Registered Intellectual Disability Nurse (RNID) . • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. • Good standard of written and spoken English. • Eligibility to work in Ireland. Desirable • Previous experience within acute healthcare, residential care, disability services or community nursing. • Knowledge of HIQA Standards and person-centred care. • Medication management and clinical documentation experience. • Full clean driving licence (depending on service location). • Computer literacy.
