We successfully opened our Belle Meade center in 2023 and are opened a center in Antioch in September 2024. We are dedicated to creating an enjoyable environment of professionalism, teamwork, and mutual respect.  Wellspring Learning Centers is actively hiring compassionate, creative and caring professionals to provide ABA to children and young adults with autism and related developmental disabilities at our clinics. We understand the crucial role technicians play in providing quality services, which is why we offer strive to provide consistent hours and pay for Registered Behavior Technicians. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work one on one with clients to implement goals that are written and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). RBTs help clients acquire new skills and create environments that are exciting, fun and motivating. RBTs will also provide feedback and collect data for each client to achieve long-term, life-changing results. Job Duties Implement behavior plans established by BCBA Follow appropriate data collection procedures Implement skill acquisition goals and behavior reduction interventions Attend weekly supervision meetings and collaborate with BCBAs Participate in parent training Attend staff meetings and participate in ABA learning development Minimum Qualifications: Reliable transportation Interest in working with children with special needs Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills Enthusiasm for learning and ability to follow written behavior plans Willingness to grow with Wellspring Learning Centers  Ability to work with a team Candidates without an RBT certification must complete our training program  How We Will Help You Succeed & Grow Paid training  In-depth training in a supportive and familiar work environment as you grow your career in ABA Competitive hourly compensation Pay range from $18 to $25 an hour, depending on experience   Performance reviews tied to pay increases every 6 months  Partial Guaranteed hours for Full time employees Monthly Bonus  10 days a year of Paid Time Off  5 paid holidays  Professional development stipend  Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Company 401(k)  Personalized direct clinical and administrative support State-of-the-art industry technology and software to maximize client outcomes Opportunities to collaborate with other professionals in our clinics Monthly trainings  Solely in-clinic services  No traveling off site  Preferred Qualifications: Pursuing or holding a Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician 1-year experience in ABA or 1 year's experience in a professionally related career (i.e. Social Worker; Special Education Teacher; Learning/Behavior specialist, etc) Experience creating or following behavior plans Desire to obtain BCBA or BCaBA certification  By submitting your information you are OPTing to let Wellspring Learning Centers contact you via phone, text or email in regards to your application.
