    Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Job description: We here at ABA Achievers are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to become an integral part of our mission-driven clinical team. If you have a passion for helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential, we want you. Client availability in : Draper, South Jordan, Sandy, West Valley City, Salt Lake City, Clearfield, Tooele & More locations available! Responsibilities: Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)process and report observations to supervising BCBA Skills: Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in Maintain professional communication with families Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities Current RBT certification Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation supporting the autism community Benefits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for Flexible scheduling options Professional development assistance and RBT certification support Opportunities for advancement to BCBA supervision track User-friendly Rethink app provided for easy session tracking and note-taking Supportive and mission-driven clinical team What sets you apart?
