ABOUT THIS ROLE :  The Regional Vice President provides strategic and operational leadership for an assigned region encompassing multiple property portfolios, while also directly managing a designated portfolio. This role requires a proven leader who can balance high-level oversight with hands-on involvement, ensuring operational excellence and driving the success and professional growth of Regional Real Estate Managers, Assistant Regional Real Estate Managers, and corporate team members supporting regional operations. Serving as the senior regional leader for the region, the Regional Vice President holds indirect responsibility for the overall performance of all properties, with a strong focus on income optimization, expense control, and long-term asset value. Key responsibilities include the development and execution of marketing strategies, operating budgets, and comprehensive monthly financial analyses, as well as ensuring the effective operation of investment properties to meet and exceed client objectives. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who values transparency and consistency with both current and prospective clients. They demonstrate the ability to lead change, implement best practices, and inspire teams—while consistently upholding Sunrise Management’s core values and commitment to service excellence. Active CA Real Estate License   required SALARY RANGE: $180,000.00 to $195,000.00 depending on experience. *Annual salary is a combination of base pay and supplemental wages. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following but not limited to. Other duties may be assigned.  Regional Leadership Strengthen Sunrise Management’s market presence through proactive business development and strategic outreach to prospective clients, real estate brokers, and key community stakeholders. Evaluate properties as potential investment and management opportunities by collaborating with marketing and internal partners to develop proposals, prepare budgets, conduct property inspections, complete due diligence, negotiate management agreements, and lead seamless property onboarding. Provide leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight to Regional Real Estate Managers, Assistant Regional Real Estate Managers, and Property Administrators.
