Job Type: Full-Time About the Position We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position operating throughout the Southwest. This position offers weekly home time, no-touch freight, and consistent regional routes. Drivers will haul dry van freight while operating a combination of drop-and-hook and live delivery loads. Schedule • Regional routes throughout the Southwest • Home weekly with a 34-hour reset • Average 2,240+ miles per week Pay • $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty) • Safety incentive opportunities available • Additional $0.01 CPM for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement (endorsement not required) • Driver Pay Protection Program available • Weekly pay via direct deposit Freight Information • Dry van trailers • No-touch freight • Primarily drop-and-hook loads Daily Responsibilities • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle • Transport customer freight within the assigned operating area • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Maintain electronic logs and trip documentation • Comply with DOT regulations and company safety policies Minimum Requirements • Valid Class A CDL • Minimum 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must meet DOT qualification requirements • Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits • Paid orientation • Weekly pay • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) Additional Hiring Information Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered if all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program.
