The role Nebius is looking for a Regional Supply Chain Security Manager  to lead and oversee the protection of high-value assets across our supply chain operations in Taiwan and the broader Asia-Pacific region. This role holds end-to-end ownership of supply chain security across the region, covering transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery of critical infrastructure. The Regional Manager is responsible for defining and executing regional security strategy, managing risk across a complex logistics network, and leading response to security incidents. This is a high-impact leadership role operating at the intersection of security, logistics, and operations, with direct influence on the resilience and integrity of Nebius’ infrastructure deployment in the region. You’re welcome to work in our offices in Taiwan. Your responsibilities will include:   Own and lead supply chain security across Taiwan and regional operations, with full accountability for risk and performance Serve as the primary authority and escalation point for all supply chain security matters in the region Define, implement, and continuously evolve regional security standards, controls, and procedures aligned with global policies Drive regional security strategy, ensuring scalability and alignment with business growth Ensure the secure transportation, storage, and handling of high-value assets across all supply chain nodes Oversee logistics operations including transportation routes, warehousing, and delivery activities Establish and enforce security requirements across logistics partners, including Third-Party Logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and vendors Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across the supply chain Oversee and, when required, directly support the deployment, installation, and validation of supply chain security technologies across origin points and operational sites Stakeholder Engagement Partner closely with logistics and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and efficiency Manage relationships with external partners, including warehouses, carriers, and 3PL providers Operational Scope Oversight of a geographically distributed supply chain network across Taiwan and regional operations Regular engagement with logistics partners and vendors across multiple tiers Travel within Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region as required Hands-on involvement in field activities as required, including deployment, installation, and validation of security technologies at origin points and operational sites We expect you to have:   Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required Experience in supply chain security, logistics security, or operational risk management Proven experience owning and managing security or operations across a regional or multi-site environment Experience working with logistics providers, including 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers Proven leadership and people management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams Strong sense of ownership and ability to
