Netherlands | Full-time Salary: €3000,- gross The Role: As Regional Studio Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance and development of all class-studios across our TrainMore clubs and Clubsportive, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high service standards as the primary point of escalation. You will also play a key role in the ongoing development of the studio product, driving timetable performance, instructor quality, and operational standards across the group. Performance & Revenue • Drive studio performance across all clubs, ensuring class occupancy, utilisation, and revenue targets are consistently achieved. • Support the delivery of studio KPIs through strong operational management and data-led decision making. • Work closely with club and regional teams to maximise member engagement, retention, and studio growth. Quality & Brand • Maintain exceptional studio standards and ensure a consistent premium member experience across all locations. • Uphold brand standards across programming, presentation, instructor delivery, and studio operations. • Act as an ambassador for the studio product, driving innovation while protecting brand consistency. People & Capability • Lead, support, and develop club teams across the region. • Coach and mentor instructors and managers to continuously elevate performance and delivery standards. • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning for studio teams. • Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and development.
