About the Role:  Planet is looking for a passionate, innovative Regional Marketing Manager to shape and drive the marketing strategy and the go-to-market plans for our EMEA (and in particular DACH) business. This role will sit on the Regional, Industry and Customer marketing team and will be based in our Berlin, Germany office.   In this role, you will own the planning and execution of marketing activities specifically for our EMEA—and especially DACH—business. You will use your native-level German language skills to localize campaigns with cultural precision and impact. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including sales and marketing leadership, design agencies, partners, and customers to deliver high-quality experiences that ultimately lead to awareness, pipeline, and revenue for Planet. This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to be in our Berlin, Germany  office 3 days per week. Impact You’ll Own: Shape the regional marketing strategy for EMEA, with a strong focus on the DACH market, prioritising events and activities that influence pipeline and engagement with our top accounts Manage a balanced portfolio of regional marketing activities from concept to completion, ensuring all messaging and content are culturally relevant and resonant  Direct regional demand generation and account-based marketing efforts to influence marketing pipeline metrics and other key performance indicators Partner closely with the local EMEA + DACH sales and business development teams to provide them with the localised tools, collateral, and event support needed to accelerate deals What You Bring: 4+ years of regional, field, events, and ABM marketing experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Experience creating and executing a regional marketing strategy including launching and owning ABM programs Experience planning and executing events at a range of budget levels and venues Experience leveraging AI to scale marketing reach and efficiency  C2 Level German preferred What Makes You Stand Out: Success in creating and executing comprehensive regional marketing strategies that include a range of tactics and activities  Achieving marketing goals with an ability to drive for outstanding results Ability to organise, prioritise and execute multiple, ongoing projects under deadline, with an eye on business impact  Skilled in marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage and launch campaigns, track campaign effectiveness, monitor engagement and track ROI of event channels for future planning Excellent attention to detail and project management skills to align all stakeholders through the planning process Applica
