Description
As Regional Manager Netherlands, you are responsible for the operational performance, team leadership, and studio excellence across our Dutch studios.You report directly to the Head of Operations and play a key role in professionalising and scaling our dutch operations within a fast-growing international company. As Regional Manager Netherlands you’re responsible for all studios in the country, including existing and upcoming locations. You would be managing studios across 5 cities. This role offers strong development opportunities as the organization continues to grow. Operational Responsibilities Studio Operations Lead monthly performance reviews with each Studio Manager Conduct quarterly coaching and development reviews, based on NPS, KPIs, and qualitative feedback Ensure all studios meet non-negotiables: cleanliness, service, brand standards, and operational excellence Conduct a minimum of 1 on-site visit per studio every month Use internal checklists to assess and improve studio quality Performance & Financials Take ownership of studio performance in your region against approved targets Monitor revenue, costs, and operational KPIs in collaboration with the Head of Operations If performance targets are not met: work with the Studio Manager to define a clear action plan &  follow-up, execution, and measurable improvement Prepare and present quarterly regional performance reviews to the Head of Operations Growth & Development Work closely with Studio Managers, Marketing and the Head of Operations to: Maximize class occupancy and member growth. Identify underperforming studios and implement structured turnaround plans Actively contribute to improving processes, structures, and leadership capability as the business scales Maintenance & Facilities Ensure all maintenance issues are correctly logged and followed up according to the maintenance reporting process Coordinate day-to-day maintenance and minor renovations Flag major maintenance needs or investment requests to the Head of Operations People & Studio Support Onboard new Studio Managers, ensuring a strong start through structured onboarding, training, and ongoing support Actively support Studio Managers with operational tasks when needed, such as: administrative tasks, HR-related questions, scheduling and planning, operational challenges Act as interim operational lead for studios when no Studio Manager has been hired yet, ensuring continuity and quality Take the operational lead in opening new studios within the region until a Studio Manager is fully onboarded and operational Based in the Netherlands Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluent in Dutch also is a plus  Proven experience in managing multiple studio’s for at least 2 years Proven experience in Operational experience at least 2 years (within the health and wellness industry is a bonus)  Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed Problem-solving skills, especially in situations of high stress Strong customer service skills Knowledge of maintenance and repair issues Knowledge of booking and planning systems and operational procedures Hands-on and proactive attitude Flexible within studio opening hours Competitive salary, benefits and partner discounts Being part of a growing international fitness & lifestyle brand A happy and healthy work environment Flexible working hours and autonomy in making decisions Extended Holiday allowance (30 days) Flexibility and autonomy to organize your own schedule and decisions Attractive perks, including partner discounts, free Rostudios classes, and wellness benefits Opportunities for professional growth, including leadership development and training
