Description
Mission of the role:
Drive Smilics' sustainable growth through the effective adoption of technological solutions, customer retention, and the generation of cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the B2B environment. This role combines a strong client relationship focus with commercial and technical capabilities, aiming to align customer needs with Smilics’ value proposition. Key responsabilities:
Manage the full client lifecycle from first sale through onboarding, ongoing support, renewal, and loyalty.
Identify growth opportunities within accounts through contract expansion, consultative selling, and cross/up-selling in coordination with the sales team.
Promote advanced product usage and ensure clients derive maximum value from the solution.
Coordinate with support, product, operations, and quality teams to resolve issues impacting client satisfaction.
Keep CRM up to date with key account insights: activity, risks, opportunities, and roadmaps.
Lead client training sessions, product demos, and technical presentations to foster solution adoption.
Prepare client-specific reports, strategic recommendations, and tailored action plans.
Negotiate and close agreements within internal commercial policies.
Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience by sharing insights gathered directly from the market.

Required qualifications:
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
University degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in industrial or technological environments
Advanced level of Spanish and/or Catalan
Advanced level of English (C1)
Valuable assets:
Knowledge of the electricity market
Experience in managing key accounts or complex technical sales
Additional European languages
