 Position Overview 
 Rise Association Management Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director to lead and support a portfolio of garden-style condominium and condominium associations throughout the Greater Houston area. 
 This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a team of Community Managers and support staff while ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and strong client retention. The Regional Director serves as a strategic partner to Boards of Directors, providing operational guidance, leadership development, financial oversight, and consultative support to help communities achieve their goals. 
 The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven leader with strong condominium management experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams. This role requires someone who can balance client expectations, team development, operational perform
