Job Title: Regional Director
Location: West Coast
About the Role
A fast-growing cybersecurity and resilience technology company is seeking a Regional Director to lead enterprise sales across a defined US territory.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and infrastructure leaders, helping organizations navigate resilience, business continuity, and security challenges.
What You’ll Do
•
Own and exceed a regional enterprise sales quota while managing opportunities from prospecting through close
•
Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on high-value enterprise accounts
•
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CISOs, CIOs, VPs of Infrastructure, and other senior stakeholders
•
Lead discovery conversations, solution presentations, proof-of-concept engagements, and contract negotiations
•
Partner with SDRs, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive pipeline growth and customer outcomes
•
Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue on a weekly and quarterly basis using Salesforce
•
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and executive forums
•
Provide market feedback and customer insights to Product and Leadership teams to influence roadmap and positioning
Requirements & Skills
•
7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven history of closing $500K–$2M+ deals
•
Experience selling into enterprise security, cloud, or infrastructure markets
•
Consistent track record of quota attainment and overachievement in competitive environments
•
Deep understanding of enterprise procurement, legal review, and security assessment processes
•
Executive presence with the ability to navigate complex organizations and build C-suite relationships
•
Experience with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar enterprise sales qualification methodologies
•
Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales technologies
Nice to Have
•
Experience selling cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, or cloud governance solutions
•
Existing relationships within enterprise IT security, cloud architecture, or risk management organizations
•
Experience working within early-stage or Series A/B companies scaling go-to-market functions
