Description
We're currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account. This position offers weekly home time, dedicated freight, and consistent routes throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Drivers on this account perform driver unload deliveries using a roller system and are home weekly for a 34-hour reset.

Approximately 1,100 miles per week

Typically 1–6 delivery stops per trailer

100% touch freight*

Driver unload using rollers

Routes may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on dispatch schedules

Compensation
Base mileage pay is based on verified experience:
•
0–11 months: $0.77 CPM
•
12–23 months: $0.78 CPM
•
24–35 months: $0.79 CPM
•
36+ months: $0.80 CPM
Additional compensation may include:
•
$265 per full trailer unload
•
$15 stop pay
•
$125 weekly bonus for completing 3 or more loads
•
$35 per backhaul
When mileage pay and eligible accessorial pay are combined, all-in pay may reach approximately $1.44 per mile , depending on miles driven, unloads, stops, backhauls, and other qualifying compensation.
•
Average weekly earnings: Approximately $1,750
•
Higher earnings may be achieved based on productivity and applicable compensation programs.
Sign-on bonus available.
Paid Training
Qualified drivers receive paid ride-along training with an experienced driver following orientation.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must:
•
Hold a valid Class A CDL
•
Have at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
•
Be physically capable of unloading freight using a roller system
•
Be at least 21 years of age
•
Meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements
•
Be authorized to work in the United States
