Position Purpose As Asia’s leading omni-channel partner for luxury beauty and lifestyle, LUXASIA is looking for a Regional CRM Manager to lead and scale our group-wide CRM and customer journey strategy. This role will be central in strengthening consumer engagement, retention, and loyalty across our portfolio of prestigious global brands, while also elevating LUXASIA’s own customer ecosystem. You will partner closely with country teams, global brand partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a customer-first, data-driven CRM approach that creates win-win outcomes, ensuring brand success in local markets and sustainable long-term growth for LUXASIA as a group. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership Own and drive the regional CRM strategy aligned with commercial growth, profitability, and brand equity Lead the end-to-end customer journey (engagement, retention, reactivation, loyalty) Position CRM as a key growth lever across the organization Operations & Governance Establish standardized CRM frameworks across markets (campaign planning, execution, reporting) Ensure consistent, efficient, and scalable campaign delivery Oversee regional CRM operations, ensuring timely execution and resolving bottlenecks Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation Data, Compliance & Analytics Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, PDPA, PIPL) in partnership with the DPO Safeguard data integrity, security, and governance across all CRM activities Define and implement data-driven framewo
