Working closely with the Global Marketing and local sales teams offering agile support across a diverse set of responsibilities supporting the efficient execution of sale and marketing initiatives. This is a vital role to the department’s operational excellence.   Key Responsibilities Collect, analyse and track performance metrics (KPIs), providing actionable insights to support regional commercial and marketing strategies. Prepare and coordinate market data, reports and insights to inform strategic decision‑making. Organise and prepare complex business documents and materials for reviews, meetings and special projects. Coordinate medium‑scale regional meetings and events, including venues, logistics, travel and accommodation. Track budgets and purchase orders, monitor spend against plan and support expense reporting. Support project resource management by coordinating with supply chain, regulatory and medical teams. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements. Produce professional correspondence, meeting minutes and reports for senior stakeholder review. Maintain and improve administrative systems, databases and processes to enhance efficiency.   Why Join Norgine?
