Reporting to ANZ Brand Lead, this Consumer Healthcare Coordinator - ANZ works in close partnership with cross‑functional teams (internally & externally) to ensure strong operational and strategic alignment. In collaboration with the Global Marketing and local team, this role hasa strong focus managing executions of digital, social and retail media, content development, . to ensure the overall success and growth of the MOVICOL brand. Key Responsibilities Coordinate digital and social media activities, including campaign briefing & execution, content trafficking, agency follow-up, asset review, performance tracking and post-campaign analysis. Collaborate with the e-Ccom team and external agencies to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital & eCom activations. Coordinate local adaptation of brand assets with external third parties ensuring full compliance with brand guideline and company standards. Collect, analyse and track performance metrics (KPIs), providing actionable insights to support commercial and marketing strategies. Prepare and coordinate market data, reports and insights to inform strategic decision‑making. Manage Due Diligence and Compliance process including Agiloft contract management. Initiate and manage Change Control in collaboration with local & global stakeholders. Analyse, track, M&P expenses in line with the planned budgets. Support the ANZ Brand Lead in preparing expense reports by tracking budgets, monitoring resources and reporting variances. Support project resource management by coordinating with supply chain, regulatory and medical teams. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
