Compensation & Performance Pay • Weekly Earnings: Average $1,265 – $1,500 per week • All-Mile Pay: Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL practical miles—whether you are running loaded or empty. • Accessorial Pay: $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time. • Orientation: Paid orientation to get you started smoothly. Home Time & Routes • Schedule: Consistent, steady workload with predictable dispatch. • Home Time: Home weekly for your full reset. • Operating Area: Regional routes primarily throughout the Northeastern states. Equipment & Freight • The Fleet: Drive newer, top-tier Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors. • Freight Style: 100% No-Touch freight. Mostly drop & hook loads to keep your wheels turning and minimize wait times.
