Job Description We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated account serving retail locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. This position offers weekly home time, dedicated freight, and additional compensation for unloading and backhaul assignments. Drivers on this account unload freight using a roller system at customer locations. Schedule • Home weekly with a 34-hour reset • Average 1,500 miles per week • Average 1-6 delivery stops per trailer • Regional routes Operating Area Drivers primarily operate throughout: • Virginia • North Carolina • Washington, DC • Pennsylvania • New Jersey • Ohio • West Virginia Compensation • $0.60-$0.73 CPM (based on experience) • Average weekly earnings: $1,725-$2,200 • $250 unload pay per trailer • $35 backhaul pay • $125 weekly incentive for completing three unloads • Additional pay for qualifying deliveries into New York City boroughs • Sign-on bonus available for qualified applicants Job Responsibilities • Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely • Deliver dry van freight to retail locations • Unload freight using a roller system • Complete required inspections and electronic logs • Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies Qualifications • Valid Class A CDL • Minimum 3 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must meet DOT qualification requirements Benefits • Weekly pay • Paid orientation • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) About ASB Freight Co.: ASB Freight Co. is a family-operated logistics company built on reliability, safety, and driver-focused values.
