Required Qualifications • Valid Class A CDL • Minimum 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must meet DOT qualification requirements • Must be authorized to work in the United States Job Description We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position operating throughout the Midwest. Drivers on this account transport no-touch freight and operate primarily drop-and-hook loads while returning home weekly. Schedule • Regional routes • Home weekly with a 34-hour reset • Average 2,100+ miles per week Compensation • $0.55 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty) • Safety incentive opportunities available • Additional mileage pay for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement (endorsement not required) • Driver Pay Protection Program available • Weekly pay by direct deposit Freight Details • Dry van trailers • No-touch freight • Primarily drop-and-hook loads Driver Responsibilities • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle • Transport freight to customer locations • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Maintain electronic logs and required documentation • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Benefits • Paid orientation • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan Additional Hiring Information Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered if all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program.
