Description
Help patients access the care they need Every referral represents a patient waiting for the next stage of their care. As Referrals Team Lead, you'll make sure referrals are accurate, complete and sent to the right service first time. You'll remain an active member of the referrals team while leading colleagues, maintaining quality and helping improve how the service operates. You'll monitor workload, support colleagues, improve processes and make sure patients don't experience delays because paperwork gets stuck.
