You’ll work independently while also contributing to the positive, team‑focused culture in our shop. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose and perform high‑quality vehicle maintenance and repairs • Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly with Service Advisors • Complete detailed repair stories including complaint, cause, and correction • Verify parts for accuracy prior to installation • Maintain a high standard of workmanship, organization, and shop safety • Mentor and support apprentices and junior technicians What You Bring • Red Seal Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson) Certification (required) • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Strong experience in mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repair • A/C license (asset) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship • Ability to thrive in a busy, well‑structured shop environment • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently Join Our Team If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow in a supportive and forward‑thinking environment, we want to hear from you.
