As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will lead a high-performing, nationally dispersed team to deliver strong recruitment outcomes across ADF Careers within the Army Reserve Portfolio. You’ll drive strategy, improve processes, and enhance candidate experience while partnering with stakeholders to achieve operational and organisational goals.

Job Description As the Recruitment Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and driving recruiting success, of Army Reserve General Entry (GE), through a team of nationally dispersed, high performing, exceptional Recruitment Consultants.
You will:
• Drive ADF volume candidate enlistments by managing and coaching a team of Recruitment Consultants to deliver exceptional results.
• Use data analysis to address potential candidate pipeline issues and work closely with Target Fulfilment and Enlistment teams to ensure successful enlistments.
• Foster a candidate-first, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you develop effective recruitment strategies for volume recruitment and continuously evolve operational processes to improve the effectiveness of Army Reserve recruitment.
• Provide detailed analysis of current target achievement to senior leaders, contribute to attainment meetings, and foster a culture of inclusion and transparency.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensuring high service levels with Defence and the DFR Adecco contract.
• Contribute to financial and operational targets, ensuring performance outcomes are met
