This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
