Roles and Responsibilities: Screening resumes and candidates - through e-mail, phone call and web (100% English) Facilitating quality interviews Negotiating salary and hiring requirements with stakeholders Attending job fairs and hiring events Generating reports for the Recruitment leadership and company stakeholders as needed Tracking staffing information and properly maintaining employee database Communicating effectively with candidates Managing background and reference checks Requirements With a Bachelor's degree in Psych, HR, Business Ad, Behavioral Science, or similar With at least 6 months of recruitment experience (fresh grads can apply) With Excellent verbal and written English skills Must be familiar with MS Tools Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong Benefits What can we offer you?
