Recruitment isn't just about finding candidates—it's about building efficient processes that deliver results. As our Recruitment Operations Executive , you'll coordinate the day-to-day running of our recruitment function, ensuring every stage of the hiring journey is organised, compliant, and completed efficiently. Working alongside our HR Manager and Operations team, you'll monitor recruitment activity, manage candidate pipelines, and keep our recruitment systems running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. Source and engage suitable candidates. Conduct initial telephone interviews. Coordinate onboarding documentation and processes. Keep recruitment databases and CRM records accurate. Track recruitment activity and ensure hiring deadlines are met. Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment cycle. You'll Be Successful If You Enjoy managing processes and improving efficiency. Can confidently prioritise competing workloads. Have excellent communication skills. Are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Take ownership of your work without needing close supervision. Requirements 2–3 years' experience within recruitment operations, recruitment coordination or administration. Experience working with ATS, CRM or scheduling software. Good Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills. Confident using telephone and WhatsApp communication. Reliable internet connection and suitable home office. What's In It For You?
