The right person will be responsible for: • Developing new business • Recruiting new temporary workers. • Supporting and complete a 360 recruitment role including resourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance checks and placement of staff. • Build and sustain long lasting relationships with our existing and new customers. • To work towards KPI’s and follow targets and objectives. • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and use them daily with other members of the team. • Successful candidate will also participate in our on call rota. It takes dedication, resilience, and a willingness to go the extra mile. You must have: • Healthcare Recruiting experience • Strong Sales capabilities • History of overachieving targets • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management, multitasking and organisation skills • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and a willingness to learn and adhere to recruitment best practice Role requires a candidate to work Monday to Friday but also to work as part of the weekend on call on a rota basis VP recruitment line is open every Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm so there is always support available.
