Responsibilities: • Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement. • Identify, attract, and assess talent using a variety of sourcing methods. • Maintain and develop a database of qualified candidates. • Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. • Negotiate placement terms with candidates and clients. • Achieve and exceed performance targets.
